I think diet and exercise are incredibly important parts of anyone’s life, but they should never define a person. In other words, I want to instantly be able to see the results on your body! I want to know that you work out and ‘eat right’ without having to hear you constantly talk about the new great diet you are one, or how you’ve changed the reps of your workout. I think that a workout, like a diet, should be seen but not heard. With regard to fitness, my goal is to help people use exercise as a tool rather than a lifestyle. Interesting things?
